The tips of the chopsticks that go into the mouth are made of virgin lacquer, which does not contain synthetic chemical paints. With the policy of “chopsticks are food,” we continue to produce safe and secure chopsticks.
Hyozaemon is the Japanese company which continues to make genuine chopsticks using the natural materials, while preserving the tradition of the Wakasa (Obama City) in Fukui Prefecture.
