My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We guarantee that every product will arrive in good condition, and all products are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great pride in the care of our products in our warehouse as well as in the protective packaging we use to ship them.
We will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged.
If your item arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact Customer Support with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you.
If your item arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, please capture a few photos of your item and contact our Customer Support team.
Please note: Photos are required as proof of the damage in order for us to help with your replacement.
