I requested a refund, what happens now?

Once our team has approved and processed your refund, the funds will be distributed back to the original form of payment. Most refunds appear within 3-5 days, but occasionally, it can take up to 7-10 days or longer. Please note that the exact refund time is determined by your bank or card issuer.

If you used a gift code or store credit to complete your refunded order, the amount will be refunded to your code or store credit. Please note, we cannot refund gift card orders as they are final-sale.
