Can I schedule, hold, or expedite the delivery of my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to place orders on hold or schedule the delivery of orders for specific dates or date ranges. You can view our current shipping times here to estimate when your order should arrive.

If your order has already shipped, we recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice, which can help you to schedule your delivery. Please keep the health and happiness of your new plant in mind, and avoid delaying delivery to later dates if possible. We are unable to expedite shipments at this time.
