Recipe

Ingredients

  • Hojicha powder – 1 stick ( 0.07 oz ) 
  • Plum Wine – 1.5 oz
  • 2 sliced oranges
  • Soda (to taste)

Directions

  1. Put crushed ice and sliced orange in a glass.
  2. Mix the hojicha and plum wine thoroughly until there are no lumps.
  3. Pour the hojicha plum wine slowly over the top and serve!
