Ingredients
- Genmaicha powder – 1 stick ( 0.07 oz )Â
- Simple syrup – 1 oz
- Yuzu flavored soda ( can be lemon or lime flavored soda) – 5.5 oz
- Lime – 2 slices
- Mint – 15 leaves
Directions
- Put crushed ice, lime and mint in a glass.
- Mix Genmaicha and simple syrup thoroughly until there are no lumps.
- Pour the Genmaicha syrup slowly over the top and serve!
