Hello everyone!
Summer has truly arrived in Southern California!
Today, I’d like to report on Taste of Japan, one of Southern California’s largest Japanese festivals, held from June 21st to 23rd.
The weather was perfect throughout the three days, making it the hottest weekend of the season so far.
Despite the heat, children were full of energy, dancing to J-POP on the stage.
In true Japanese festival style, there were food stalls serving yakitori and booths selling cute figurines and clothing, which many people enjoyed.
We, Japan Imports Now, participated in the event by setting up a booth in the Yokocho FEST area, where we offered Japanese sake, shochu, and beer. Our main products were sake glasses, especially the Tajima glasses, which attracted a lot of attention. Many visitors took their time to browse our products with a beer in hand, and we made numerous sales.
We were fortunate to be in an air-conditioned area where we could enjoy nostalgic music while chatting with our customers.
We look forward to seeing you at the next event!
