My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We guarantee that every product will arrive in good condition, and all products are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great pride in the care of our products in our warehouse as well as in the protective packaging we use to ship them.

We will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged.

If your item arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact Customer Support with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you.

If your item arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, please capture a few photos of your item and contact our Customer Support team.

Please note: Photos are required as proof of the damage in order for us to help with your replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests once payment has been initiated. In order to provide the best possible customer experience, we begin prepping your order right away for shipment; therefore, once payment is initiated we are unable to make adjustments.

To receive a notification when your product is delivered, schedule your delivery, change your delivery address, or update your delivery instructions, sign up for UPS MyChoice.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. Most items come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty details.

How long will my order take to ship?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from the warehouse to your doorstep.

Currently:

  • Most products will ship within 2-6 days after purchase

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take an additional 3-5 days to arrive at your door, and you will receive tracking information in your inbox. Some items ship separately, and some orders may ship sooner.

The time it takes for your order to arrive once it has been shipped includes order preparation plus the transit time to your location. 

Will the gift recipient receive tracking information?

If you would like the gift recipient to receive the tracking information for their order and know when it will arrive, please leave a note such as “I’m sending this order as a gift” during the payment step of checkout and enter in the gift recipient’s email address after the gift note.

My tracking information says that my package is delivered, but I don’t see it?

Once your item is delivered, your tracking status will indicate where your driver left the package. The “Proof of Delivery” from our shipping partner will indicate where or to who the package was left.

If your package is still not found, we recommend checking nearby, with your lobby manager, or perhaps a neighbor to see if someone else has picked up the package. If you are still not able to locate your package, please let us know by contacting Customer Support.
